The site map does not <br />show/address the following required elements: <br />1.Loading areas. <br />2.Internal roads. <br />3.Spill control. <br />4.Emergency shutoffs(s). <br />5.Compressed oxygen. <br />6.Undefined codes/abbreviations. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent <br />streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous <br />material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. <br /> If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as “NA". <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This was corrected on site. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br />7 HSC 25505(a)(3) Failed to electronically submit an adequate ER procedures for a release or threatened release. <br />OBSERVATION: The emergency response(ER) procedures were lacking or inadequate. Section C. is not <br />complete.
