The missing manifests are: <br /> -007768534SKS(12/15/2020) <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall keep a copy of each manifest signed in accordance <br /> with section 66262.23(a)for three years or until the generator receives a signed copy from the designated facility <br /> which received the waste. This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years from the date the <br /> waste was accepted by the initial transporter. The hazardous waste generator must submit a copy of the manifest <br /> to the California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC)within 60 days if the destination facility signed <br /> manifest copy is not received from the transporter or designated facility. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Locate the destination facility signed manifests listed above and maintain in the facility file <br /> for three years from the date of shipping. Send a copy to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department(EHD). <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 403 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Failed to keep hazardous waste containers closed except when adding or removing hazardous <br /> waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: The following open hazardous waste storage containers were observed on-site: One black metal <br /> 55 gallon drum of oily debris was observed opened. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A container holding hazardous waste shall always be closed during transfer and <br /> storage, except when it is necessary to add or remove waste. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately close these containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed <br /> when not adding or removing waste.
