The Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study supports the suitability for standard OWTS usage for the
proposed development project on the above-mentioned parcel, pursuant to San Joaquin County
Ordinance Code Title 9, Section 9-1105.2(d).
2. Percolation test conducted on July 29, 2021 yield percolation rate of 50 minutes per inch. At this rate,
a minimum 5' of soil separation is required between bottom of dispersal field and ground water
pursuant to San Joaquin County Onsite Wastewater Treatment Standard table 1.10.2. Per SSNL
study, the groundwater at site is reported at 65-75' below ground surface.
If you have any questions please contact Francisco Garcia Ruiz, Environmental Health Specialist Trainee, at
fgarciaruiz@sjgov.org or (209) 616-3032.
tev n NhRE1HS
Program Coordinator
c: Dillon & Murphy, c/o Joe Murphy -P.O.
