<br /> freeze, 55 gallon drum of oil filters, 220 gallons of waste concrete seal, 300 lbs Metho-O-Gas100,4500 lbs of
<br /> profume sulphuryl fluoride,vape x organic phosphuris, 220 gallons of sanitime sanitizer, 165 gallons of degreaser,
<br /> 55 gallons drum od XL soap, Food grade nitrogen, 6600 Cubic Feet(CF), 1800 CF of high purity nitrogen, 110
<br /> gallons of alpet D2, 1100 gallons of propane, 556 CF, 280 CF of acetylene, 1264 CF of N.O.S 75%argon 25%
<br /> carbon dioxide, 60 gallons of new oil, 55 gallons of new anti freeze, and 110 gallons of latex paint were found on
<br /> site that have not been reported to CERS.The chemical inventory was not submitted for the years of 2013, 2014,
<br /> 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021.
<br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the
<br /> facility's business plan.
<br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at
<br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for
<br /> approval.
<br /> This is a minor violation.
<br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content.
<br /> OBSERVATION:A site map was not completed and submitted as part of the business plan. The site map is
<br /> required to have all the elements stated below in the next paragraph. The site map was nt submitted for the years of
<br /> 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021.
<br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent
<br /> streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous
<br /> material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment.
<br /> If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as"NA".
<br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at
<br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval.
<br /> This is a minor violation.
