Facility also wishes to relocate the existing ice machine to around the corner (other side of the <br />wall). The following conditions shall be met: 1) Install a splash guard in between the 1 comp prep sink and the hand sink if the <br />distance between the two sinks is less than 24". 2) The 1 comp sink shall drain indirectly into the existing floor sink. 3) The ice <br />machine drain line shall drain into the existing floor sink (the line will need to be fed through the wall to the floor sink). * <br />***From 2021: facility wishes to relocate the 3-comp sink from the food prep area to the rear room. A plumbing permit will <br />most likely be needed by the City of Lathrop. Our Department will require a 3 hour food plan check ($456).
