Per employee this <br />was used to prevent water from splashing onto floor. Provide approved plumbing. Corrected on site, employee voluntarily <br />removed and discarded plastic bag. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The potable water supply shall be protected with a backflow or back siphonage protection device, as required <br />by applicable plumbing codes.
