Strip drains at the loading rack are gravity fed through buried pipes into <br /> the lift station. The lift station pumps the petroleum contact water to an AST (T-13). <br /> - Petroleum Contact Water is reported as a hazardous substance on the facility's chemical inventory in the California <br /> Environmental Reporting System (CERS). <br /> -A digital level indicator on 9/22/21 had a liquid level reading of 33.70 inches inside the lift station. The personnel on <br /> site stated the pump works automatically when it reaches a set level and it cannot pump any lower than it is. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: <br /> Immediately provide documentation to indicate the lift station is not an underground storage tank, or meets an <br /> exemption from underground storage tank regulations. <br /> CORRECT BY:Immediately <br /> INSPECTED BY:Frederick Ernest 209-616-3026 <br /> RECEIVED BY: Report was mailed and emailed to the facility.
