The project proposes to convert an existing 7,000-square-foot <br /> building;a 13,200-square-foot building; and a 3,930-square-foot building for indoor cannabis cultivation; and convert a 4,720- <br /> square-foot building for cannabis distribution. The facility will operate from 4:30 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. in two shifts, with 6 to 8 <br /> employees per shift. On site services will be provided for water, sewer, and storm water detention. A 10-foot-high electrified <br /> fence will surround the facility. <br /> The Property is zoned AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40-acre minimum) and the General Plan designation is A/G (General <br /> Agriculture). <br /> PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the south side of E. Navone Rd.; 3,390 feet south of E. Fairchild Ln., <br /> Stockton. (APN/Address: 101-120-31 /6820 E. Navone Rd., Stockton) (Supervisorial District: 4) <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: This is a Notice of Intent to adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project <br /> as described. San Joaquin County has determined that through the Initial Study that contains proposed mitigation measures <br /> all potentially significant effects on the environment can be reduced to a less than significant level. The Mitigated Negative <br /> Declaration and Initial Study can be viewed on the Community Development Department website at www.sjgov.org/commdev <br /> under Active Planning Applications. <br /> APPLICATION REVIEW: Recommendations and/or comments on these projects must be submitted to the Community <br /> Development Department no later than June 9, 2022. Recommendations and/or comments received after that date may <br /> not be considered in staff's analysis and/or recommendation to the San Joaquin County Planning Commission for this <br /> application. <br /> NOTE TO SURROUNDING PROPERTY OWNERS: These projects will be scheduled for a San Joaquin County Planning <br /> Commission hearing.
