This portion of the facility shall be monitored by interior surveillance cameras accessible to the <br /> Distribution Manager , Security Administrators , and JKL Executives , as well as the San Joaquin <br /> County Sheriff' s Office upon request . <br /> Lab Testing <br /> After taking physical possession of a cannabis goods batch , JKL shall contact a testing <br /> laboratory and arrange for a laboratory employee to come to the facility to select a representative <br /> sample for laboratory testing . <br /> At the time a batch sample is tested , the Distribution Manager shall ensure that the batch size <br /> from which the sample is taken meets state law requirements . The Distribution Manager shall be <br /> physically present to observe the laboratory employee obtaining the sample of cannabis goods <br /> for testing , and ensure that increments of the sample are taken from throughout the batch . <br /> The sampling shall be video recorded with the batch number stated at the beginning of the video <br /> and a visible time and date indication on the video recording footage . The video recordings shall <br /> be maintained for 180 days . <br /> After the sample has been selected , JKL ' s Distribution Manager and the laboratory employee <br /> shall sign and date the chain of custody form attesting to the sample selection having <br /> occurred . However , JKL shall not assist the laboratory employee nor touch the cannabis goods <br /> or the sampling equipment while the laboratory employee is obtaining the sample . <br /> JKL shall not distribute any cannabis product unless and until the samples obtained from each <br /> batch to be distributed have passed the State of California ' s lab testing standards as confirmed by <br /> a ' Certificate of Analysis ' obtained from the lab testing facility contracted to conduct the <br /> analysis . <br /> JKL shall arrange for the transportation of Cannabis which fails lab testing standards back to the <br /> Cultivator or Manufacturer from whom it was received for destruction or shall remediate and <br /> dispose of such cannabis on - site . <br /> Logistics and Operational Security Measures <br /> Transactional Security <br /> Product and Currency Transfers : <br /> Transfers of product and currency in and out of the facility will be conducted only during hours <br /> of operation at random time intervals , with transporters using varying routes to and from the <br /> facility . Access in and out of the facility for Value Transfers will be facilitated through <br /> collaboration between the Operations Manager , security personnel and JKL executives <br /> Prior to arrival or departure of a logistics vehicle , Operations Manager will monitor the <br /> surveillance system and maintain communication with the security staff member near the <br /> entrance to the facility to confirm that the facility is free of any security threat .
