The sign faces will be 14 feet high and 48 feet wide for a total of 672 square feet per sign face; located on the east side of West Mossdale Road, 925 feet south of the Mossdale 1-5 on-ramp, Lathrop. (Supervisorial District 5) OWNER: Mossdale Associates Ltd. ADDRESS: 800 W. Mossdale Road, Lathrop INFORMATION: APPLICANT: Michael Brown APN: 239-030-08 The site is currently located within a Federal Emergency Management Agency Designated Flood Hazard Area designated as Zone AE. The 100-Year Flood Elevation will be approximately 25-feet NAVO 1988. Mossdale Road has an existing and planned right-of-way per City of Lathrop. RECOMMENDATIONS: 1) The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this application. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record. (Resolution R-00-433) 2) The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for this application. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application.
