The sign faces will be 14 feet high and 48 feet wide for a total of 672-square feet per sign face. The project is located at 800 W. Mossdale Road, Lathrop, southwest of the 1-5/Mossdale Road interchange. • All off-premise commercial advertising displays visible from the National Highway System are subject to the provisions of the California Outdoor Advertising Act (Bus. & Prof. Code Section 5200 et. seq.) and must obtain an ODA Permit from the Office of Encroachment and Outdoor Advertising Permits (OEOAP) prior to placement.
