FINDINGS FOR MINOR SUBDIVISION <br /> PA-2100187 <br /> NOELLE ILAYAN <br /> 1. The proposed subdivision is consistent with the General Plan, any applicable Master Plan, Specific <br /> Plan, and Special Purpose Plan and any other applicable plan adopted by the County. <br /> • The proposed Minor Subdivision Map PA-200187 is consistent with the General Plan, any <br /> applicable Specific Plan and Special Purpose Plan and any other applicable plan adopted <br /> by the County. Further, no specific plans are involved. <br /> 2. The design or improvement of the proposed subdivision is consistent with the General Plan and any <br /> applicable Specific Plan or Special Purpose Plan. <br /> • The design or improvement of the proposed subdivision is consistent with the General Plan <br /> and any applicable Specific Plan or Special Purpose Plan because the design and <br /> improvements meet the minimum standards contained in the General Plan as reflected in the <br /> Tentative Map dated August 31, 2021. <br /> 3. The site is physically suitable for the proposed density of development. <br /> • The site is physically suitable for the type of development proposed because all development <br /> requirements contained in the Development Title and all minimum County standards are met. <br /> 4.
