Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the <br /> sender and know the content is safe. <br /> Claudia, <br /> In response to the NOV issued on 07/20/2021 at the Pilot Travel Center Lathrop- 1017 located at 345 Roth Road in <br /> French Camp,the following have been addressed: <br /> • For failure to have an Emergency Coordinator available for emergency response,the Emergency Response <br /> Contingency Plan has been posted in areas most useful and accessible to staff in the event of a spill. <br /> • For failure to have signed copy of manifests at the site for three years,the manifests were located and placed <br /> into an appropriate binder on site. They are attached for your review. <br /> • For failure to submit a written response within 30 days of receiving an inspection report, moving forward all <br /> NOVs will be responded to and a RTC form provided to SJCDEH within 30 days. <br /> • For the facility not maintained to minimize the release of a hazardous waste,the piping connections at tanks T3, <br /> T5 and T9 were tightened and no further leaks were observed. All liquid and debris were removed and placed <br /> into drums for proper disposal. A photograph is attached showing that the leaks have been repaired. <br /> 3 <br />
