The EHD inspectors observed the following regulated APSA tanks: <br /> 12,000 gallon diesel tank,400 gallon used oil tank, 2 x 140 gallon new oil tanks. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All facilities which have an APSA regulated shell capacity of 1,320 gallons or greater <br /> shall prepare a written SPCC Plan which meets all of the requirements of the 40 CFR Part 112. This plan shall be <br /> certified by a professional engineer in accordance with 40 CFR 112.3(d). <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately prepare and implement an SPCC Plan in accordance with 40 CFR Part 112, <br /> which includes all aboveground petroleum storage containers 55 gallons or larger. A copy of this plan shall be <br /> maintained on-site, as required. Submit a copy of the SPCC Plan to the EHD for review;this copy will be returned to <br /> the facility after it has been reviewed by the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by 11/5/2021. <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br /> of having them sign.
