The containers <br /> were: <br /> -Four black 55 gallon metal drum in the Waste Storage Containers Area without hazardous waste labels. See <br /> Photo log#7. <br /> -One green 55 gallon metal drum in the Waste Storage Containers Area without hazardous waste label. See Photo <br /> log#7. <br /> -One white 55 gallon plastic drum in the Waste Storage Containers Area without hazardous waste label. See Photo <br /> log#7. <br /> -One blue 55 gallon metal drum in the Waste Storage Containers Area without hazardous waste label. See Photo <br /> log#7. <br /> -One black 55 gallon metal drum in the Waste Storage Containers Area with incomplete waste label: Physical State <br /> label as solid but drum contains oily liquid; no accumulation start date. See Photo log#8&9. <br /> -One white 275 gallon tote in the Waste Storage Containers Area containing waste anti-freeze has an incomplete <br /> label. See Photo log#6. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br /> words"Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br /> (contents), accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste. Provide a corrective <br /> action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> (EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by 11/5/2021 . <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br /> of having them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate <br /> ($152).
