<br /> OBSERVATION: The Hazardous Materials Inventory forms for propane, liquid nitrogen, and acetylene were not
<br /> complete. The chemicals are being underreported.Acetylene is listed at 250 cubic feet but there is 1,545 cubic feet
<br /> on site.The propane is being reported at 4,275 cubic feet but there is 20,641 cubic feet or 579 gallons of propane
<br /> on site. List propane in gallons on the chemical fact sheet.The max daily amount for liquid nitrogen is being
<br /> reported at 8,012 cubic feet but should be reported at 20,030 cubic feet or 213 gallons. Report liquid nitrogen in
<br /> gallons.The carbon dioxide should be reported in pounds not in cubic feet. 165 gallons of degreaser was found on
<br /> site that has not been reported on the inventory.Add th degreaser to the chemical inventory.
<br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE :The Hazardous materials inventory information must be current and submitted as part
<br /> of the business plan.
<br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at
<br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval.
<br /> This is a minor violation.
<br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content.
<br /> OBSERVATION: The site map was not complete as part of the business plan. The site map is incomplete
<br /> emergency response equipment locations( Fire Extinguishers), loading areas, access and exit points for
<br /> structures, emergency shut offs or utilities shut offs(water, electrical, natural gas, and propane), location of each
<br /> chemical, propane tank location. Put on site map that there are no storm drains on property. If number are being
<br /> used to symbolize something provide a key or legend explaining what 6,12,7,13,20,15,17,11,16,10,9,8,18,27,23,
<br /> 21,19, and 24 mean.
<br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent
<br /> streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous
<br /> material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment.
<br /> If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as"NA".
<br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at
<br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval.
