<br />OBSERVATIONS: Back room hand sink was blocked during the inspection, it was being used as storage. Handwashing
<br />facilities shall be clean, unobstructed, and accessible at all times for employee use. Correct today. Corrected on site.

<br />OBSERVATIONS: The mop sink and front 3 comp sink were 118 F and 116 F respectively. Provide warm and cold water
<br />with warm water at 120 F minimum today.

<br />OBSERVATIONS: Right filter was not installed in the exhaust hood. Per manager it was taken down for cleaning. Install

<br />within 1 week and maintain clean.
