Remove all unnecessary items from the janitorial room and from the mop sink today to be able to <br />properly dispose the waste water. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All liquid waste must drain to an approved fully functioning sewage disposal system. (114197) <br /> #30 Food Storage/Display Properly Labeled <br />OBSERVATIONS: I observe open rolled dry food bags stored in container that is lacking a tight lid. Store dry food in <br />container with tight lid today. Corrected on site. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Food shall be stored in approved containers and labeled as to contents. Food shall be stored at least 6" <br />above the floor on approved shelving.
