Immediately remove rat droppings,then <br /> clean and sanitize the area. Take immediate action to rid facility of rodents. Snap traps, glue boards(sticky traps), and <br /> enclosed bait boxes may be used. Do not use open/loose bait. <br /> There are two glue boards in the kitchen (under the meat grinder)that are full of American cockroaches. Other dead <br /> American cockroaches were observed throughout the facility as well.Take immediate action to rid facility of insects . <br /> Commercial grade/food safe insecticides and glue boards(sticky traps)may be used. Do not thaw at room temperature. Correct today. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Food shall be thawed under refrigeration completely submerged under cold running water of sufficient velocity <br /> to flush loose particles in microwave oven during the cooking process. Provide labels for all re-packaged bulk <br /> food. The labels must include:the common name of the food, a list of ingredients(if more than one ingredient),the <br /> quantity/weight of the food, and the name and address of the manufacturer, packer or producer.
