I asked the owner if there <br /> were anyone who work in the facility,who uses the type of needle that was found in the bowl. He stated that no one uses <br /> needles at the facility. He does not know where the needle came from. <br /> I inspected the facility to determine whether there any mishandling of personal medications in the facility.
