COMPLAINANT CALLED AN PLACED THE ORDER AROUND 12:50 AND PICKED <br /> UP AROUND 1:15PM STARTED GETTING STOMACH CRAMPS AND NAUSEA ABOUT AN HOUR AFTER. DIARRHEA <br /> FOLLOWED AND CONTINUED ALONG WITH STOMACH CRAMPS ALL WEEKEND AND STILL HAPPENING. CALLED <br /> DOCTOR NO OPEN APPOINTMENTS FOR TWO WEEKS. DR RECOMMEND TO STAY HYDRATED AND EAT LIGHT." <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe.
