You mentioned that the pool is leaking water. I recommend that you contact American Leak Detection and have them conduct a thorough test of your equipment and all lines for possible leaks. They will generate a report which we can use to help evaluate repairs and provide an estimate based upon their recommendations. They can be reached at (209) 943-5156. Generally, a full report runs between $500-800 based upon the size of pool.. I have broken the project into two options. Please let me know if you would like the proposal to reflect other options. Below is listed a description that we are proposing per your request. All work done will update your pool to current safety standards as specified by AB1020 and the Virginia Graeme Bakker Pool & Spa Safety Act (VGB). Present Pool Condition • Pool interior is in pool condition with extensive delamination and checking • Pool, has two skimmers on single line with no visible equalizer lines • Pool has single main drain with flat cover • Pool safety grip coping appears to be secure and in good condition • Light does not work and has a deck junction box (no longer meets code requirements) • Pool entry handrail is not to code and needs replacement • Deep end handrails are not secure in their anchor • Customer requests addition of an autofill • It is reported that pump pressure fluctuates widely • Filter Pump is 2HP • Existing Sand Filter is undersized for size of pool and flow rate of pump • Current chemical pump is not reportedly not working • Pool is approximately 800 square feet holding approximately 28,500 gallons of water 2111 Moffat Blvd., Manteca, CA 95336 1of4
