According to <br /> California Health and Safety Code 115700 and San Joaquin County Ordinance Code <br /> Section 9-1110.5, 9-1110.6, and 9-1110.10, it is unlawful to have abandoned excavations <br /> and septic tanks. The above address has an abandoned septic tank. In order to prevent <br /> any further legal action against you,related to an abandoned septic tank, the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department is requiring you to have the abandoned septic <br /> tank properly destroyed under permit and inspection with Environmental Health <br /> Department.
