The site <br /> map was not submitted for 2021. The site map was not submitted for 2019, 2020, and 2021. The site map has not <br /> been submitted since May 3, 2018. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Per H&SC 25508.2, the business owner/operator shall annually review and certify that <br /> the business plan is complete, accurate, up-to-date and in compliance with Section 11022 of Title 42 of the United <br /> States Code. An annual electronic submittal satisfies these requirements. The annual business plan shall be <br /> submitted/certified by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the <br /> previous year. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, review and submit/certify the <br /> current information. <br /> ............................................................................................................. <br /> 2) OBSERVATION: The site map uploaded at the time of inspection is not complete. The site map does not <br /> show/address the following required elements: <br /> 1. Access and exit points from the street. <br /> 2.
