We are currently not using the site for loading but when
we are finished with the upgrade and start to use it again we will have more than enough containment.

705: Above ground storage tanks
We’ve removed 4 of the 5 tanks and poured the footings for the new tanks. The new tanks are almost ready to go. We
are working to coordinate shipping and installation between the various contractors. Once the new tanks are installed
we will remove the last tank.

706: Secondary Containment
We are no longer using the warehouse to store drums. The new tanks are double wall vaulted tanks. The transition
sump will have walls around it as part of the upgrade.

Mike

From: Baker, Lydia <lbaker@sjgov.org>
Sent: Wednesday, April 8, 2020 9:53 AM
To: Ed Ward <ed.ward@vpps.net>; Mike Eliason <mike.eliason@vpps.net>
Subject: Return to Compliance-Lodi

Hello Ed & Mike,

I was contacting you to get an update on the three open violations (626, 705 & 706) from the APSA inspection at 930 E.
Victor Rd in Lodi.
