Please see my comments below for the review: Violation 5: since you determine the size of the drum is 45 gallons < 55 gallons, it is optional to list it in CERS since it is less than 45 gallons. Violation 6: What is the status update of the site map; how far did you guys get so far on updating the site map? Violation 7: Section G: G2 is still incomplete with locations of emergency response equipment Violation 9: The return to compliance statement has a typo; it reads next submittal will be on 12-14- 2021 prior to the due date of 1-15-2023. The correct due date is 1-15-22. Violation 11: Closed Please address this issues immediately and provide a corrected return to compliance statement. Let me know if you have any questions.
