Obsolete federal <br /> hazard categories were found at time of inspection. Discard the obsolete federal hazard categories, add the new <br /> ones using an updated safety data sheet. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The Hazardous materials inventory information must be current and submitted as part <br /> of the business plan. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br /> OBSERVATION: The site map was not complete as part of the business plan. The site map is missing a key or <br /> legend that defines UG, G, E, CO2, ESD, FA, FC, and FE.The site map did not list the emergency shut off for the <br /> propane and the fuel pumps. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent <br /> streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous <br /> material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. <br /> If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as"NA". <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 9 HSC 25508.2 Failed to annually review and certify that the HMBP is complete and accurate by the due date. <br /> OBSERVATION: The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California <br /> Environmental Reporting System (CERS)annually by the due date, January 15.The business plan was submitted <br /> late on 3/24/2016 for the year of 2016, late on 3/7/2017 for the year of 2017, late on 3/28/2018 for the year of 2018. <br /> The business plan was last submitted late on 4/13/2021 for the year of 2021.
