The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and <br /> nitrates with the results submitted to the Environmental Health Department prior to issuance of <br /> building permit(s). Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> 6. The designated remainder parcel is non-buildable for living structures until the Environmental Health <br /> Department receives and approves a Soil Suitability and Nitrate Loading Study showing the <br /> remainder parcel is suitable for septic system usage including a percolation test(San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1105.11(b)). <br /> 7. The existing well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.4(e)) as follows: <br /> a. Provide sample tap between the well head check valve and the pressure tank. <br /> 8. Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The Environmental <br /> Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3 and 9-1115.6). <br />
