COMPLAINT WOULD LIKE A CALL BACK AFTER INSPECTION. <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />Environmental Health Department <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />I went to the facility and observed food handler preparing a sandwich when I arrived. <br />Food handler was wearing gloves. <br />When food prep concluded food handler took gloves off and washed hands. <br />I spoke to the food handler who is also the Person In Charge (only employee at the time of inspection). <br />Per PIC they were aware of a compliant. <br />PIC said complainant went to the facility hands were washed and the compliant asked that employee wash hands again. <br />Per PIC hands were washed a second time and complainant asked for employee to "double gloves" when sandwich was <br />prepared. <br />Per PIC compliant then stated that complainant did not want sandwich and left the facility. <br />I spoke to the person in charge about "employees are not wearing a mask" and let PIC know that it is recommended that non <br />vaccinated employees should wear masks. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
