Stein, Manager (Respondents) (collectively, the "Parties") <br />have entered into this Consent Order and agree as follows: <br />1. Respondents own and operate Intsel Steel West, a steel <br />manufacturing business at 450 Port Road 23, Stockton CA 95203, <br />2. The CUPA inspected the Site on February 3, 2017. <br />3. The CUPA alleges the following violations of Chapter 6.95 of the <br />California Health and Safety Code ("HSC"): <br />3.1 The Respondents violated.
