I document initial and/or refresher training to appropriate personnel. <br />2 Employee training records were not available at the time of inspection. The <br />3 <br />4 business plan shall include provisions for ensuring that appropriate <br />5 personnel receive initial and annual refresher training. This training shall be <br />6 documented electronically or by hard copy and shall be made available for a <br />7 � � minimum of three years. <br />8 3.10 The Respondenfis violated HSC § 25505(1), failed to have the <br />9 business plan readily available to facility or EHD personnel. Facility could <br />10 not provide the Emergency Response Plan and the Chemical inventory <br />11 <br />2 upon request. The emergency response plans and procedures, the <br />1 <br />inventory of information required by this article, and the site map required by <br />13 <br />14 this section shall be readily available to personnel of the business or the <br />15 I I unified program facility with responsibilities for emergency response or <br />16 I I <br />training pursuant to this section. <br />17 <br />18 4. The Parties wish to avoid the expense of litigation and to ensure prompt <br />19 compliance with California requirements regarding hazardous materials. <br />20 5, Jurisdiction over this matter exists pursuant fio HSC § 25404.1.1. <br />21 <br />22 6. Respondents waive any right to a hearing in this matter. <br />23 7. This Consent Order shall consfiitute full settlement of all violations of <br />24 Chapter 6.95 of the California Health and Safety Code pertaining to the Site <br />25 <br />and arising before the Effective Date of this Consent Order.
