I If Respondents fail to make payments as provided above, Respondents agrees <br />2 to pay interest at the rate established pursuant to HSC § 25360.1 and to pay all <br />3 <br />4 costs incurred by the CUPA in pursuing collection including attorney's fees. <br />5 <br />6 � � OTHER PROVISIONS <br />711 <br />11.1. Additional Enforcement Actions: By agreeing to this Consent Order, the <br />8 <br />9 I I CUPA does not waive the right to take further enforcement actions, except to <br />10 ( the extent provided in this Consent Order. <br />11 11.2. Penalties for Noncompliance: Failure to comply with the terms of this <br />12 <br />13 Consent Order may subject Respondents to civil penalties and/or punitive <br />14 � I damages for any costs incurred by the CUPA or other government agencies as <br />15 I I a result of such failure, as provided by HSC § 25404.1.1 and other applicable <br />16 provisions of law. <br />17 <br />11.3. Parties Bound: This Consent Order shall apply to and be binding upon <br />18 <br />19 II Respondents and its officers, directors, agents, receivers, trustees, employees, <br />20 contractors, consultants, successors, and assignees, including but not limited <br />21 individuals, partners, and subsidiary and parent corporations, and upon the <br />22 <br />23 CUPA and any successor CUPA that may have responsibility for and <br />24 jurisdiction over the subject matter of this Consent Order. <br />25 I � 11.4. Effective Date: The Effective Date of this Consent <br />Order is the date it i <br />26 signed by the CUPA. <br />27 <br />28 11.5.
