All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #14 Food Contact Surfaces Sanitized or Warewashing Sanitization MAJOR <br />OBSERVATIONS: The sanitizer in the 3 comp sink in the bar is not strong enough at 0 ppm quat. Increase the strength of <br />the sanitizer to at least 200 ppm quat or 100 ppm chlorine. COS <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All food contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean and sanitized. Eat food in a <br />designated area and drink from a covered container. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: No employees shall eat, drink, or smoke in any work area. (113977) <br /> #7 Hot and Cold Holding Temperatures <br />OBSERVATIONS: The 3 door prep ref in the kitchen is not cold enough at 49 F. Decrease and maintain temp at 41 F or <br />lower by today. The prep lid is being left open. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/ 45°F or at or above 135°F.
