COMPLAINANT HAD NOT EVEN FINISHED IT WHEN <br /> THEIR STOMACH BECAME UPSET.THEY HAD REALLY BAD STOMACH PAIN AND WENT TO THE HOSPITAL. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> 3 comp sink--cooked meat counter--120.00°F hand sink--cooked meat counter--100.00°F <br /> NOTES <br /> Complaint Inspection. <br /> Assistant manager was aware of the complaint. <br /> The facility receives chicharron products that are cooked and packaged at Pepe's in San Jose. <br /> Per asst. manager the chicharron con carne arrive boxed in a bag and they are placed in the display the day they receive the <br /> boxes. <br /> Per asst. manager the chicaharron con carne sold at the display counter only and it is sold per customer request. <br /> Per the asst. manager the chicharrons in the display counter are placed in a plastic bag and covered and kept in the display <br /> counter overnight. <br /> The next morning everything in the counter display is cleaned and sanitized, after which the chicharrons are placed back onto <br /> the trays for sale. <br /> This process is continued for 4 days and anything left at the end of the 5th day is discarded. <br /> Chlorine test strips are available. <br /> Sanitizer bucket was 100 ppm chlorine. <br /> Discussed the report with the asst. manager. <br /> Signature not captured. <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.If a reinspection is required,fees will be assessed at the current hourly rate. <br /> Received by: Name and Title: Augustin Hernandez,Assistant Mana <br /> EH Specialist: DARIA AFONSKAIA Phone: (209)616-3035 <br /> FA0001649 C00054320 SCO04 09/29/2021 <br /> EHD 16-23 Rev.01/07/2021 Page 1 of 1 Complaint Inspection Report <br /> 1868 E.
