All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible MAJOR <br />OBSERVATIONS: There is no soap available at the hand wash sink in the customer service area. Provide soap <br />immediately and always have it available. Corrected during inspection. The hand wash sink in the bathroom lacks hot water. <br />There is a small instant water heater that is not working. Repair this water heater to provide hot water by today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br />maintained in good repair. No test strips are <br />available to check this. Increase the strength of the sanitizer to a minimum of 100 ppm chlorine immediately.
