S A N J 0 A Q I I I Irl Environmental Health Department <br /> CCUN r <br /> Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> JOES AUTOMOTIVE OF LODI 200 COMMERCE ST, LODI October 06, 2021 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 113 HSC 25160.2(b)(3) Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> OBSERVATION: The facility could not provide all of the consolidated manifest receipts for hazardous waste <br /> transported from the site in the past three years. The missing receipts include: <br /> -07/18/2019 for used oil <br /> -10/28/2019 for used antifreeze <br /> -2/25/2020 for used oil <br /> -07/02/2020 for used antifreeze <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. <br /> This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding <br /> the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Locate a copy of the receipts listed above. Maintain the records on-site for three years <br /> from the date of shipping and provide a copy to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD). <br /> If the receipts cannot be found, provide a statement to the EHD that future receipts will be maintained on-site for <br /> three years. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 115 CCR 66266.81(a)(4)(B)Failed to retain copy of manifest or bill of lading for spent lead acid batteries for 3 years. <br /> OBSERVATION: Bills of lading for the recycling of lead acid batteries from 10/06/2018 through 10/06/2021 were <br /> not found on site. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66266.81 Requirements <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide copies of battery core bill of lading records and a corrective action statement to <br /> the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> FA0014262 PR0519058 SCO01 10/06/2021 <br /> EHD 22-01 Rev.9/16/2020 Page 4 of 7 Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator OIR <br /> 1868 E.
