Provide updated information describing types and quantities of wastes being dismantled,handled,and stored and <br /> any other updated information concerning dismantling operation. SWFP item number 16 requires that solid waste <br /> division will notify the EHD 30 days prior to processing additional types of e-wastes not currently approved. <br /> 2.Note U-waste screening program is in place. Letter describing u-waste handling and storage is pending revision. <br /> 3.Note All other Violations and AC's cleared. <br /> 4. Notes: <br /> A. Operator indicated that operation began after 6 AM in accordance with permitted hours of operation as specified in <br /> SWFP. (AC cleared). <br /> B. Three new rodent bait stations(PVC pipe and rodent poison)installed in transfer building. Rodent bait present in all <br /> rodent traps.(Violation cleared). <br /> C. Compactor was not in operation at time of inspection. Be sure to operate compactor in accordance with TPR. <br /> D. Misters were being used throughout inspection.
