AC T 14 CCR 17414—Record Keeping- Special occurrence log did not note incident that occurred on April 24,2006 <br /> (during last routine inspection)involving customer self haul vehicle backed partially off tipping floor. <br /> a. Be sure to document all special occurrences in special occurrence log. <br /> 2. AC T 14 CCR 17408.7-Personnel Health and Safety—Eye wash station was blocked by sweeper and fluorescent light <br /> tube storage. <br /> a. Relocate/remove sweeper and fluorescent light tubes so as to maintain easy access to eye wash station at all times. <br /> 3. Note Waste piles heights on tipping floor were less than 12 feet except for wood waste pile at south end of tipping <br /> floor. Keep waste pile height less than 12 feet. <br /> 4. Note U-wastes(microwaves,printers,heating units,water heaters)observed being separated out at public side at time of <br /> site visit. However,observed CPU and record player in waste pile at commercial side. Take measures to remove u- <br /> waste items from waste piles at commercial side. <br /> 5. Note Updated information for U-waste dismantling area has been submitted(previous AC cleared). In the future,the <br /> EHD shall be notified 30 days prior to processing any additional types of e-wastes not currently approved. <br /> 6. Note Loader daily logs for March and April was provided. Previous AC cleared. <br /> 7. Notes: <br /> A. Free CRT day event was taking place on site at time of inspection. CRT's were being.dropped off at paved area and <br /> then transported to dismantling area. <br /> B. Two loaders were in operation and tipping floor congestion was low at time of inspection. <br /> C. Waste pile volume was moderate at time of site visit. 32 outbound trucks were scheduled for solid waste removal <br /> today. Operator indicated that 10 out bound trucks(40 trips)are scheduled for tomorrow and the next day. <br /> Operator indicated that most of the waste pile volume on the floor is from yesterday and a small portion(closest to <br /> the transfer pit for removal within 48 hour time line)was from day before. All waste piles shall be removed with in <br /> 48 hours. <br /> D. Rodent bait present in all rodent traps except for one rodent"Zapper". Special occurrence log indicated that rodent. <br /> E. Compactor was not in operation at time of inspection. Be sure to operate compactor in accordance with TPR. <br /> F. Misters were being used throughout inspection.
