Rosales was replaced throughout the SPCC Plan with Damon Jackson. His contact information is provided in Section 4.1 of the revised SPCC Plan and Section 4.4 was added to include contact information for Fremouw Environmental Services. Violation 0712-Failed to perform scheduled tank tests or inspections by appropriately qualified personnel. XThis violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: The formal external inspection Of the 12,000- gallon AST was conducted by a STI SP001-certified inspector on 11/4/2021. The inspector also trained AAFES personnel to properly conduct monthly and annual tank inspections. AAFES >>ersonnel will ensure required inspections are conducted in the future. Violation#716-Failed to regularly test liquid level sensing devices to ensure proper operation. XThis violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: The STI SP001 inspector checked the level gauge on each of the tanks while onsite on 11/4/2021 and showed AAFES personnel how to check the gauges each year to ensure proper operation.Personnel will manually stick all three tanks or will add a known amount of product to the tank to gauge proper function of gauges in future years.In addition,Section 3.5 and Table 3-1 of the SPCC Plan were revised to include annual testing of liquid level gauges on all three tanks.
