Telephone: (209) 939-9790 <br />Program Element 1600- FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: C00054096 <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />COMPLAINANT PURCHASED MILK FROM THIS FACILITY ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS THIS PAST MONTH. <br />COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THAT EACH TIME, THE MILK WAS SOUR. THE MILK WAS WITHIN THE BEST BY DATE, <br />BUT BELIEVES THAT THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE FACILITY'S REFRIGERATION IN THE DAIRY/MILK SECTION. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />kt7 Hot and Cold Holding Temperatures Major <br />OBSERVATIONS: The right end of the milk case is out of temperature at 53 F. Decrease and maintain temperature to 45 F <br />or below by today. Rotate the milk on the right side of the display very often. Call the repair company to fix the refrigeration <br />today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/ 45°F orator above 135°F.
