BEGAN EXPERIENCING SYMPTOMS OF LOW GRADE FEVER, <br />DIARRHEA, ABDOMINAL CRAMPS, AND FATIGUE 7/25/21. THE PATIENT WAS SEEN IN URGENT CARE ON <br />WEDNESDAY 7/28/21. PUBLIC HEALTH RECEIVED REPORT OF DIAGNOSED VIBRIO P ON 8/1/21. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />#16 Shell Stock Regulations <br />OBSERVATIONS: Cooks are not currently keeping oyster tags for 90 days. Starting today, store them by month. Toss after <br />90 days. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Shell stock shall have complete certification tags and shall be properly stored and displayed. (114039 - <br />114039.5) <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP ° F -- COMMENTS <br />walk in -- 39.00° F <br />NOTES <br />Spoke to owner who was not aware of this complaint. He stated that they keep their oyster tags. When we were looking at <br />tags, we could not find the current ones. The only current one that we found was harvested in Washington 0544SP/Stony <br />Point B-193F WA on 07/27/21 by PUCCI FOODS P.O Box 157355 <br />Owner stated that none of the employees have been ill <br />Obsevations: Hand washing OK and walk in cooler has up to code temperature. Consumer advisory is printed on menu. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
