SAN JOAQUIN <br /> Environmental Health Department <br />---COUNTY• <br />Ci c r 11 S <br /> Time In: 12:24 pm <br />Time Out: 12:40 pm <br />COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Name of Facility: Date: 08/13/2021 <br />Address: 14001 W WALNUT GROVE RD, THORNTON <br />Owner/Operator: WIMPYS CALIFORNIA DELTA RESORT LLC Telephone: <br />Program Element: 1600- FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: C00054093 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />COCKROACHES, RATS, AND OVERFLOWING TOILETS, DUMPING WASTE GREASE AND GRAY WATER FROM <br />KITCHEN INTO THE RIVER. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION --TEMP ° F -- COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />NOTES <br />I spoke to the Person In Charge who was not aware of the compliant prior to this investigation. <br />I observed the grease dumpster where grease is dumped. <br />I walked the exterior of the facility and did not observe "gray water from the kitchen into the river" <br />I conducted the routine inspection of the facility today and did not observe "cockroaches, rats, and overflowing toilets" <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
