Multiple attempts to <br />contact the owner were made by both he and I (Angela Cao 918-852-7478 / <br />209-833-7992). I went by the facility around 12 noon to see if anyone was on site. <br />Two employees (Dylan and Amber) were on site and stated they were not able to <br />reach the owner either. I let them know that our Dept. would need to conduct an <br />inspection to verify clean-up. Received a call from Angela at 1:30pm. She was <br />unsure of when she would be ready. Called her back around 4pm. She stated that <br />she wanted me to come out the next morning. <br />09/02/2021 Complaint investigation conducted at permitted food facility. Nature of complaint: LIN HARES <br />FIRE IN KITCHEN AROUND 10:25AM. KITCHEN BEING SHUT DOWN <br />BECAUSE WET CHEMICALS WERE USED TO PUT OUT FIRE.
