SAN JOAQUIN <br /> Environmental Health Department <br />-COUNJ <br />Greatness grows her. <br />Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br />Time In: 10:00 am <br />Time Out: 10:30 am <br /> <br />Name of Facility: EMPRESSO COFFEEHOUSE Date: 09/29/2021 <br />Address: 222 N EL DORADO ST, STOCKTON 95202 <br />Owner/Operator: TROY BURKE INC Telephone: (209) 451-0788 <br />Program Element: 1600- FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: C00054318 <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />Complaint alleges there is water leaking from the ceiling onto the prep area. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as 'MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP ° F -- COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />NOTES <br />The ceiling had two water spots where water did leak into the facility during a rainstorm <br />The manager called maintenance to repair this leak, <br />The leak has been fixed but the water spot still remains. <br />Repair the water spot inside the facility. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
