PLUMBING SYSTEM ACCESSORIES <br />Section 15410 <br />15-1207 <br />2.05 ROOF DRAINS <br />A. Provide roof drains and overflow drains, size as indicated on drawings. <br />B. Combination Roof Drain / Overflow Roof Drain : <br />1. JR Smith Model SQ -1-1481 combination cast iron roof drain and and overflow drain <br />both with no hub outlets. Provide with the following <br />a. Flashing clamps (2 Required) <br />b. Gravel Stops (2 Required) <br />C. Cast Iron Dome Strainers — 6-1/4" tall (minimum) <br />2. Unit to be 19" X 10-1/2" nominal size top mount deck plate. <br />C. Acceptable Manufacturers: <br />1. Zurn <br />2. J.R. Smith <br />3. Wade <br />2.02 MISCELLANEOUS DRAINS <br />A. Fixed Air Gap: Zurn model Z-1025 or equal. Fixed air gap to have a dura -coated cast iron <br />body with slop joint inlet and no -hub outlet. <br />B. Hopper Drain: <br />1. Zurn model Z -325 -DB, 7"0 indirect waste funnel with dura -coated cast iron body, <br />plastic ball float, bronze backwater valve bushing and a replaceable neoprene seat. <br />Provide with optional dome strainer. <br />2.03 CLEANOUTS <br />A. Provide cleanouts of same diameter as pipe shall be installed in all horizontal soil and waste <br />lines where indicated and at all points of change in direction. Cleanouts shall be located a <br />minimum of 18" from building construction so as to provide sufficient space for rodding. <br />B. Cleanouts shall have cast iron ferrules and ABS plugs. <br />C. Cleanouts extending to floor level shall be provided with membrane flange and clamping <br />collar, bronze raised head plug, and nonslip scoriated top. <br />D. Cleanouts to be as follows: <br />1. Cleanouts in cast-iron soil or waste lines: Zurn Z -1440A -BP. <br />2. Cleanouts in walls: Zurn Z -1446 -A -BP with stainless steel access cover. <br />3. Cleanouts on exterior of building: Zurn Z-1440. <br />a. Provide stainless steel cover and vandal -proof screw where located in wall. <br />Zurn Z -1446-A <br />b. Where located at grade, provide 18- by 18- by 6 -inch concrete pad and Zurn <br />Z-1474 heavy duty cover. Provide Z -1440-A cleanout. <br />4. Cleanouts in floor to be a Zurn ZN-1400 with the following options: <br />a. Where located in terrazzo floor, provide —T, square top option. <br />9 <br />
