Verify final backfill and compaction has been completed before driving rod <br />electrodes. <br />3.3 PREPARATION <br />A. Remove paint, rust, mill oils and surface contaminants at connection points. <br />3.4 INSTALLATION <br />A. Install rod electrodes at locations as indicated on Drawings.
