<br />5. CONTRACTOR AGREES THAT HE SHALL ASSUME SOLE AND COMPLETE RESPONSIBILITY FOR
<br />JOB SITE CONDITIONS DURING THE COURSE OF CONSTRUCTION OF THIS PROJECT,
<br />INCLUDING SAFETY OF ALL PERSONS AND PROPERTY; THAT THIS REQUIREMENT SHALL
<br />APPLY CONTINUOUSLY AND NOT BE LIMITED TO NORMAL WORKING HOURS; AND THAT THE
<br />CONTRACTOR SHALL DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD THE OWNER, GENERAL CONTRACTOR,

<br />11. MUSD OR ASSOCIATED UTILITY COMPANY AND RESIDENCES TO BE
<br />AFFECTED SHALL. BE NOTIFIED IMMEDIATELY UPON ANY UTILITY SERVICE DISRUPTION
<br />OTHER THAN SPECIFIED ON THESE IMPROVEMENT PLAINS. A 24 HOAR NOTICE
<br />SHALL BE GIVEN FOR ANY PLANNED DISRUPTION.
<br />12. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL OBTAIN AN ENCROACHMENT PERMIT FROM THE CITY OF
<br />MANTECA, DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS OR ANY OTHER APPLICABLE AGENCIES
<br />PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF WORK WITHIN EXISTING CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY. THE
<br />CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL PERMITS AND LICENSES REQUIRED
<br />FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT.
<br />13. STREET SIGNS, TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNS, AND PAVEMENT MARKINGS SHALL BE

<br />14. ASPHALT CONCRETE SHALL BE PLACED ONLY WHEN THE ATMOSPHERIC TEMPERATURE

<br />15. CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR COORDINATION OF THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION

<br />THE CONTRACTOR SI -TALL PROVIDE ALL SHORING, BRACING, SLOPING OR OTHER
