THE CONTRACTOR SHALL OBTAIN AN ENCROACHMENT PERMIT FROM THE CITY OF <br />MANTECA, DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS OR ANY OTHER APPLICABLE AGENCIES <br />PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF WORK WITHIN EXISTING CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY. THE <br />CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL PERMITS AND LICENSES REQUIRED <br />FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT. <br />13.
