APPARATUS EQUIPMENT - <br />PRIMARY <br />Section 02462 <br />15-1207 <br />PART 1 - GENERAL <br />1.01 INCLUSION OF OTHER CONTRACT DOCUMENTS <br />A. The General Conditions and Division 1 are fully applicable to this Section, as if repeated herein. <br />1.02 RELATED WORK SPECIFIED ELSEWHERE <br />A. Section 02925, Apparatus Fill <br />B. Section 03000, Site Concrete. <br />1.03 QUALITY ASSURANCE <br />A. Use only new materials and products, unless existing materials or products are specifically <br />shown otherwise on the Drawings to be salvaged and re -used. <br />B. Use materials and products of one manufacturer. <br />C. All materials, components, assemblies, workmanship and installation are to be observed by the <br />Owner's Project Inspector. Work not so inspected is subject to uncovering and replacement. <br />D. All playground equipment shall comply with the requirements of CPSC, ASTM 1487, ADAAG, <br />California State Playground Safety Law R-39-97 & AB1144. <br />E. All playground equipment shall be IPEMA certified. <br />1.04 SUBMITTALS <br />A. Refer to Section 01300. <br />B. Shop Drawings: Coordinate, review and submit layout and other drawings as provided by the <br />Owner and manufacturer showing all footings, equipment locations, parts, adjacent materials, <br />and anchorage fully dimensioned and noted. Contractor must show required fall zones and <br />clearances between and around all apparatus equipment and make adjustments to <br />locations as required without additional cost to the Owner. <br />C. Submit executed Guarantee of Contractor/Subcontractor per Article 1.05. <br />1.05 GUARANTEE <br />A. Refer to General Conditions and Section 01300. <br />B. Submit fully executed Guarantee with submittal package required by Article 1.04. <br />1.06 REFERENCES AND STANDARDS <br />A. Title 24, Part 2, CCR, California Building Code. <br />B.
