IRRIGATION <br />Section 02810 <br />Project 15-1207 <br />C. Protect existing utilities within construction area. Repair damages to utility lines that <br />occur as a result of operations of this work. <br />D. Verify dimensions at building site and check existing conditions before beginning work. <br />Make changes necessary to install work in harmony with other crafts after receiving <br />approval by Owner's Representative. <br />1.08 MAINTENANCE AND OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS <br />A. Furnish three complete sets of operating maintenance instructions bound in a hardback <br />binder and indexed. Start compiling data upon approval of list of materials. Do not <br />request final inspection until booklets are approved by Owner's Representative. <br />B. Incorporate the following information in these sets: <br />1. Complete operating instructions for each item of irrigation equipment. <br />2. Typewritten maintenance instructions for each item of irrigation equipment. <br />3. Manufacturer's bulletins which explain installation, service, replacement parts, <br />and maintenance. <br />4. Service telephone numbers and/or addresses posted in an appropriate place as <br />designated by Owner's Representative. <br />1.09 RECORD DRAWINGS <br />A. Upon completion of work, and as a precedent to final payment, deliver to Owner's <br />Representative one complete set of reproducible originals of Drawings showing work <br />exactly as installed. (See "Record Drawings" in Part 3.21 of this Section) <br />PART 2 -PRODUCTS <br />2.01 GENERAL <br />A. Use materials as specified; any deviation from the Specifications must first be approved <br />by the Owner's Representative in writing. All material containers or certificates shall be <br />clearly marked by manufacturer as to contents for inspection. <br />2.02 MATERIALS <br />A. Central Control System: As indicated on Drawings. <br />B. Master Valves and Flow Sensors: As indicated on Drawings. <br />C. Automatic Control Valves: As indicated on Drawings. <br />D.
