Place all materials on pallets and fully protect from
moisture.
C. Membrane rolls shall be stored lying down on pallets and fully protected from the weather
with clean canvas tarpaulins. As a general rule all adhesives shall be stored at temperatures between 40°F and 80°F.
Read instructions contained on adhesive canister for specific storage instructions.
E. All flammable materials shall be stored in a cool, dry area away from sparks and open
flames. All seams shall be heat welded before leaving the job site
that day.
C. Uninterrupted waterstops shall be installed at the end of each day's work and shall be
completely removed before proceeding with the next day's work. Waterstops shall not emit
dangerous or unsafe fumes and shall not remain in contact with the finished roof as the
installation progresses.
